Job Description I'm working on an Senior Underwriting Manager/ Associate Director opportunity, within Life & Medical, in Hong Kong. This role will ass ess and handle life and medical Underwriting within delegated authority.
Job Responsibilities - To perform risk assessment on case underwriting according to own underwriting authority.
- Managing a team of 10 underwriters and the team will be focusing on case production.
- To provide high quality underwriting service with effective communications for sales channels.
- To monitor the operation performance to ensure the Company's rules and regulations are complied.
- To involve in jumbo case, projects and people management.
Job Requirements - Solid track record in the underwriting field with over 12 years relevant experience in life insurance underwriting.
- Professional qualification in Life Insurance including FLMI (Fellow, Life Management Institute)
- University Degree in any disciplines
- Good command of English and Cantonese, fluent Putonghua will be an advantage
- Good leadership and team building skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager
