Job Duties:
- Assist with consistent and timely underwriting of new applications, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Evaluate financial and medical information to assess risk and determine insurability.
- Conduct customer due diligence to meet AML risk assessment requirements.
- Address agent inquiries and provide clear explanations of underwriting decisions.
- Update underwriting manuals and procedures as needed.
- Execute effective underwriting workflow, monitor services, and handle ad-hoc assignments.
Job requirements:
- Possess a degree, and having FALU or FLMI qualifications is advantageous.
- Have 5-10 years of underwriting experience.
- Preferably have HNW underwriting authority for amounts exceeding USD 5M-15M.
- Demonstrate a strong customer focus, promptly and cooperatively responding to internal and external customers while considering the impact on both customers and the business.
- Exhibit a proactive working attitude, being hardworking, collaborative, and possessing strong execution skills, along with a willingness to learn.
- Be detail-oriented with excellent presentation and communication skills, proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Be self-motivated and independent, capable of working under pressure.
Working pattern:
- Monday to Friday; 9am - 6pm
- OT allowance
- Work from home arrangement is flexible
- No night shifts
